DOULA

A birth doula is a woman trained to provide physical and emotional support to a woman throughout pregnancy and childbirth.

Each family is unique in their needs and goals.  During prenatal meetings your doula will discuss your options and learn your concerns, desires and needs and support you without judgement.

DOULA PACKAGE

• Minimum 2 prenatals to discuss options and address questions or concerns

• Phone and e-mail support throughout pregnancy and postpartum

• On call 37 weeks to 42 weeks

• Continuous labor support from active labor until 1hour postpartum

• Postpartum visit within first 2 weeks
